Ideal for commercial, power electronics, avionics, military, and regulation test applications from bench-top R/D design verification to quality assurance and mass production

  • Maintenance & Maintenance-/Service Contract

    LXinstruments GmbH

With cars it is easy: Change of oil, check of breaks and V-belt .. etc. - that is normal. But your test system does not need all these things. However it makes sense to look after your test system occasionally and check or change special idems. If you take the time and plan a preventive maintenance your test system will have less unplanned failure times. Less dust means less heat and slower ageing of electronic components.

  • Functional Test Fixtures

    EMC Technologies Inc.

EMC Technologies designs and manufactures discretely wired and wireless functional test fixtures used for performance verification of PCBs and Electronic Assemblies. Commercial applications have included work in support of many industries including: satellite TV, computer servers, medical, networking, and telecommunication.

  • Lifetime Testing

    IRS Systementwicklung GmbH

Electronic control units for automotive applications require extensive validation to make sure that the device will work properly for years under harsh environmental conditions. During validation, inputs and outputs of the device under test (DUT) have to be stimulated and operation has to be monitored continuously.

  • PXI Waveform Generator

    NI

PXI Waveform Generators can produce precise waveforms including sine, square, triangle, and ramp as well as arbitrary, user-defined waveforms using sequences of data or streaming continuously from a host or peer-to-peer instrument within the PXI system. These instruments are ideal for tightly synchronized, mixed-signal test systems in scientific research or test of semiconductor devices, consumer electronics, automotive, and aerospace/defense.

  • Test Fixtures

    Freese Enterprises Inc.

Freese Enterprises (FEI) has vast experience, in many industries, in the custom design and construction of physical test fixtures to consistently test a feature or operation of a device or piece of software. FEI can develop test solutions for modules or fully assembled products such as key fobs, RF filters, and cell phones - from complex integrated circuits and custom electronics to automotive components and RF communication devices. In general, the advantages of FEI test fixtures include the separation of the test initialization and destruction from the testing, reusing a known state for more than one test, and assumption by the testing framework that the fixture set-up works.

  • Drop-In Functional Test Fixtures

    Circuit Check, Inc.

Circuit Check’s drop-in base fixture and replaceable personalized plates are the ideal solution where production volumes are lower and the need to change from one fixture and test program to another occurs quickly. Interchangeable test fixture drop-ins enable the same test system to be quickly reconfigured with different tooling and probe patterns for different products. This maximizes equipment re-use, while minimizing the cost for each new test. With Circuit Check’s base fixture and drop-ins, the wiring and test electronics are not disturbed, thus ensuring configuration consistency each time the system is re-tooled.

  • Test Program Execution for High-Volume Production Systems

ScanExpress Runner Gang - Corelis, Inc.

Electronic manufacturing test systems must be fast and efficient. Schedules today are shorter, products are more complex, and the market demands higher speed—the product needs to be built and shipped yesterday.ScanExpress Runner Gang Edition is a concurrent boundary-scan and in-system programming test executive designed specifically for high volume production. Unlike traditional test systems which execute sequentially on a single unit under test (UUT) at a time, ScanExpress Runner Gang Edition provides concurrent (gang) testing on up to 8 UUTs for improved test and programming times.

  • EOS Tester

KT-200SG - Kast Eng Co. LTD.

This test instrument stands for the EMI(Electro Magnetic Immunity) ability test to the electric devices, electronic circuit boards & electric equipments. Recently this instrument is widly used in many companies in Korea & other countries to test the immunity to thier products-power supply, drive PCBs, communication systems, LCD display panels whether they are safe or not against the impulse & noise. All for the purpose, of this object, it generates 4 ~ 5 kinds of different impulse test waveforms.Output test voltage level : 5 ~ 200 V ImpulseOutput voltage polarity : Positive, NegativeType of waveforms

  • Bi-Axial or Axial Averaging Extensometers

Model 3560 - Jinan Testing Equipment IE Corporation

This extensometer is ideally suited for testing anisotropic materials such as advanced composites as well as for general purpose tests like determining Poisson’s ratio. The Model 3560BIA uses a design unique to Epsilon, where the knife edges remain parallel during the displacement. This approach greatly reduces crosstalk between axes and allows use on round or flat specimens with equal ease. These extensometers are very easy to mount. Integral springs hold the unit on the test sample. The parallel multiple flexure design makes these units very durable. The Model 3560AVG reads axial strain only as a single averaged output. It may also be supplied with two independent outputs, one measurement from each side of the specimen. This set-up is most commonly required when an indication of specimen bending is desired. The second version, the Model 3560BIA, includes both the averaged axial strain and the transverse strain. Again, this may also be configured as dual independent axial readings, which results in a three channel extensometer. The Model 3560 extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.
